At Expunge Your Record Illinois, we offer a flat fee of $499 to prepare your paperwork for a single count eligible for expungement, and walk you through the filing process. 

Court’s require additional filing fees once your paperwork is ready, or for an additional fee we can file your paperwork for you, or even get you an attorney to represent you at a hearing if one is necessary.
